Seniors

The Seniors class is an extra class taken by some of the senior members of the school.

This class is by invitation only. Students will be asked to join the seniors depending on how many other classes they take at the school (students must take at least three classes before they are invited into the seniors, two of which must be ballet and modern, except in special circumstances).

Students must have acheived high results in all of their exams leading up to this level and show that they put in 100% into all of their classes. Students will not be considered if they do not have a high attendance record.

Members of the senior group are expected to take part in extra shows, masterclasses and events throughout the year.

The seniors class is run to a professional standard, and students who do not pull their weight in the lessons, or anyone with a poor attendance record may be asked to leave this class.

During the main summer shows, not all seniors will take part in all of the dances. There will be limited spaces in the dances which the students must earn by working to a high standard throughout the year.
