Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking All Summer School places must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is not required at the time of booking, however all fees must be paid before the end of the summer term to confirm your child’s place. If payment has not been received by this deadline, the place may be offered to a child on the waiting list. 2. Registration Form Requirement Children who are not currently members of the Linzi Grace School of Dance must complete a registration form before attending the Summer School. The registration form will be provided after booking and must be completed prior to the first day for safeguarding and administrative purposes. 3. Cancellations If you need to cancel your child’s Summer School place, cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the start date of the Summer School. This allows time for the place to be offered to children on the waiting list. Cancellations made at least two weeks in advance will receive a refund minus a £10 administration fee. 4. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the Summer School may not be eligible for a refund, as the place may be difficult to refill at short notice. 5. Missed Days If a child is absent for any part of the Summer School, refunds or transfers cannot be provided for missed days. 6. Changes or Cancellations by the School In the unlikely event that the Summer School needs to be cancelled or rescheduled parents will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or an alternative option where available. 7. Health and Safety Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect their child’s participation. While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, dance and physical activities carry a small risk of injury. 8. Behaviour and Participation We aim to provide a positive and enjoyable environment for all children attending Summer School. If a child’s behaviour consistently disrupts activities or poses a safety concern, participation may be paused and the situation discussed with parents.
