For our tinies age group we have classes in Ballet, Modern, Mini Pop Stars and Acro
Ballet
Ballet classes
We follow the ballet syllabus set by the RAD (Royal Academy of Dancing)
We believe that ballet is the best start in dance as it is the foundation from which nearly all dance styles have developed, and it has a big influence on all genres of dance. Taking ballet class will improve your posture, physical coordination, mental strength and focus and flexibility.
Modern
Modern classes
We follow the modern syllabus set by the ISTD (Imperial society for Teachers of Dancing)
In our modern classes children learn a combination of modern theatre, jazz and lyrical exercises and dances. The technique learnt in these classes helps your child to become a strong, flexible and versatile dancer as well as the opportunity to take part in shows and take exams.
Mini Pops
Mini Pop Stars
The Mini pop stars classes are an introduction to Musical Theatre and Disco.
These fun and energetic classes teach children the foundations of dance movements as well as songs from musicals, movies and pop songs.
Children will work on performance skills and work together in groups to put together new routines for our annual show
Acro
Acro classes
We follow the syllabus set by the Acrobatic Arts.
Acro is a fusion of dance and acrobatics. In these classes children learn skills to incorporate into their show routines in other dance genres. These classes are great for improving strength, flexibility, endurance and working with partners and groups.
