Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking a Workshop All workshops must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Registration Form Requirement Children who are not currently members of the Linzi Grace School of Dance must complete a registration form before attending the workshop. The registration form will be sent after booking and must be completed prior to attendance for safeguarding and administrative purposes. 3. Cancellations If you are unable to attend a booked workshop, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the workshop start time. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a refund or a transfer to another available workshop where appropriate. 4. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time may not be eligible for a refund or transfer, as spaces are limited and may be difficult to refill at short notice. 5. Missed Workshops If a workshop is missed without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, the booking will be treated as a used session and will not be refunded or transferred. 6. Changes or Cancellations by the School In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled (for example due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), parents will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a refund or the option to transfer to another workshop where available. 7. Health and Safety Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect their child’s participation. While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, dance and physical activities carry a small risk of injury. 8. Behaviour and Participation We aim to provide a positive and enjoyable environment for all children. If a child’s behaviour consistently disrupts the workshop or poses a safety concern, participation may be paused and the situation discussed with parents.
