Booking and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking a Class All Princess Ballet classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Classes operate on a pay-as-you-go basis and full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you are unable to attend a booked class, you may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the class start time. Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or may be transferred to another available class. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking 3. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class start time may not be eligible for a refund or transfer. This policy helps ensure fairness and allows other families the opportunity to book available spaces 4. Missed Classes If a class is missed without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, the booking will be treated as a used session and will not be refunded or transferred 5. Class Changes or Cancellations by the Studio In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class (for example due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances), parents will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class 6. Health and Safety Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs that may affect their child’s participation. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, participation in dance classes involves physical activity and carries a small risk of injury 7. Behaviour and Participation We aim to create a positive and enjoyable environment for all children. If a child’s behaviour consistently disrupts the class or creates a safety concern, participation may be paused and the situation discussed with parents 8. Parent/Guardian Attendance Princess Ballet classes are not drop-off sessions. A parent or guardian must remain in the room during the class to support their child where needed. Parents are responsible for helping manage their child’s behaviour. Children should not run around, shout, or disrupt the session. If a child becomes unsettled or disruptive, the parent/guardian may be asked to take them out of the room briefly until they have calmed down before re-joining the class
